Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States only.
What does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $4.95 USD per order, including orders with multiple mugs.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery is 5–8 business days, not a guaranteed arrival date. Orders are produced and shipped by international fulfillment partners.
What is included in a listing?
One mug with the selected design. Mr & Mrs is also one mug, not a pair.
Are there subscriptions or recurring payments?
No. Every purchase is a one-time purchase.
Can I personalize a mug?
Our current catalog does not offer personalization.
How do I request a return?
Contact support@happymughouse.com within 30 days after delivery for return instructions. See the Returns & Refunds Policy.
Who pays return shipping?
For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping and the original $4.95 shipping is normally nonrefundable for correctly fulfilled orders, subject to legal rights. We resolve merchant errors, defective mugs and delivery damage without requiring you to pay return shipping.
What if my mug is damaged or incorrect?
Email support@happymughouse.com with your order number and details. Reasonable photos may help us verify the issue. We arrange an appropriate replacement or refund; there is no 24-hour claim deadline.
When will I receive a refund?
After an approved return is received and reviewed, we aim to initiate the refund within approximately 5 business days. Your bank/payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.
Can I cancel or correct my delivery address?
Contact us promptly. We help before fulfillment where possible and explain the options if fulfillment has begun.
